David J. Feeney

David J. Feeney graduated from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance), and graduated from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska with a Juris Doctor degree, and the University of Durham, Durham, England, LL.M. in International and European Legal Studies. Mr. Feeney is a member of the Washington State Bar (since 1997) and member of the Nebraska State Bar since 1996 and admitted to the United States District Court Western District of Washington in 2004.

Prior to joining Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. in 2004, Mr. Feeney practiced law in Nebraska. He offers experience in a variety of legal fields including, but not limited to, civil litigation, business and corporate law, bankruptcy, international commercial transactions, collections and landlord tenant law.

In addition to his professional legal experience, Mr. Feeney is currently Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the Community Housing Resource Center.  He formerly worked in the private business sector, and has taught business and history at the collegiate level.  Mr. Feeney also published "The European Commission's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction over Corporate Mergers", Georgia State University Law Review, Volume 19, Number 2, Winter 2002.

Legal Assistant to David Feeney: 

Trena Grasser has been a legal assistant with Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. since 1999. She has taken paralegal courses at Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington and Clark College in Vancouver. Ms. Grasser assists with real estate, probate and estate planning, business law, and bankruptcy.
