Attorney Daniel G. Marsh, a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, served as a Washington State senator for eight years and a Washington State representative for eight years. Mr. Marsh has enjoyed a successful legal career for over 46 years and practices estate planning, personal injury, and family law.
Attorney Michael P. Higgins has been practicing law in Clark County, Washington since 1982, representing both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases, and practicing business law, real estate law, and Probate and Trust law. Attorney Higgins is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Southwest Washington, among other professional organizations.
Attorney, Michael G. Beaty graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1995 and currently practices personal injury law, domestic relations, employment law, social security disability law, misdemeanor criminal law, and general civil litigation.
Attorney Jeffrey J. Hatch joined the firm in 2000 and has been practicing in Washington State since 1994. Mr. Hatch provides legal assistance to clients involved in marriage dissolution and family law matters, child support cases, personal injury law, misdemeanor criminal law, and appeals.
Attorney David J. Feeney has been a Washington Bar Association member since 1997,originally practicing in Nebraska before joining our firm in 2004. Mr. Feeney has a background in the private business sector and has taught business law at a college level; his legal focuses include business and corporate law, international commercial transactions, employment, bankruptcy, and collections.
Office Manager Karen E. Gibbs began her professional career in the legal field in 1993 and has experience in family law, business, estate planning, probate, real estate, civil and criminal litigation.
