David J. Feeney graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree, and graduated from Creighton University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Feeney has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1997 and a member of the Nebraska State Bar since 1996.
Prior to joining Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. in 2004, Mr. Feeney practiced law in Nebraska. His practice areas include civil litigation, business and corporate law, international commercial transactions, employment, personal injury, and collections.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Feeney has worked in the private business sector, and has taught business and history at the collegiate level.

Trena Grasser has been a legal assistant with Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. since 1999. She has taken paralegal courses at Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington and Clark College in Vancouver. Ms. Grasser assists with criminal, real estate, probate and estate planning, business law, and bankruptcy.
