Michael G. Beaty, a 1995 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, has been practicing in Vancouver since 1997. Mr. Beaty is a second-generation personal injury attorney, who also handles domestic relations, employment, collections, business litigation, and social security disabilities. Mr. Beaty also participates in community-related events on a regular basis.

Christi Carner, Legal Assistant to Michael Beaty
Christi Carner has been a legal assistant for 19 years, and joined Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. in 2009. Ms. Carner assists with personal injury litigation, domestic relations, and employment issues. Before joining the firm, Ms. Carner's gained experience in medical malpractice, social security, workers' compensation, and wills and probate. She has been responsible for creating business brochures, newsletters and various marketing tools for firms she has worked with over the years. She attended Mt. Hood Community, The Forum, and aspired to be a CSI.
