Marsh is a 1962 graduate of the University of
Oregon School of Law and was a Washington State Senator
for 8 years and a Washington State Representative for 8
years. Mr. Marsh's practice emphasizes Estate Planning,
Personal Injury, Family law, which includes pre and postnuptial
agreements. Mr. Marsh has prepared many estate planning
documents each year for over 40 years, and has additionally
represented many divorce and personal injury clients each
of those years. He also acts as an arbitrator. He is President for the Estate Planning Council
of Southwest Washington; and a member of the Clark County,
and Washington Bar Associations. He was listed as a Super
Lawyer in the August / September 2000 issue of Washington
Law & Politics Magazine. Mr. Marsh strives to
respond to client’s request in a prompt & efficient
manner, be it returning phone calls or preparing documents.
His personal interests include racquetball, history, politics,
book collecting, bird watching and attending musical events
in which his wife, Linda, is a participant.
