J. Hatch graduated from Brigham Young University
(Provo, Utah) and received his law degree from Willamette
University (Salem, Oregon). Jeff has been a member
of the Washington State Bar since 1994 practicing
in Eastern Washington until joining the firm in 2000.
Jeff has developed a varied general practice. He
is able to offer experienced counsel regarding his
client’s day-to-day needs whether related to
Business and Real Estate matters (ie. entity formation
issues, employer issues, transactions, and collections),
Family matters (ie. dissolution/separation, custody
and support issues including modifications, wills
and estate issues), or Injury claims (ie. auto, slip
and fall claims). He also is available for appellate
work. Jeff is regularly in court and his clients
enjoy a successful court experienced advocate. His
transaction based clients also benefit from his litigation
experience in trying to make plans today that will
avoid having a matter enter into the courtroom tomorrow.
