P. Higgins is
a 1975 graduate of Loyola University of Los Angeles (Bachelor
of Business Administration) and a 1981 graduate of the
Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Mike
has been practicing law in Clark County, Washington since
1982, and has previously served as a trustee (3 year term)
and as treasurer (2 year term) for the Clark County, Washington
Bar Association. Mike is also a member of the Estate Planning
Council of Southwest Washington. Mike’s practice
emphasizes Bankruptcy Law (both creditor and debtor representation
in business and consumer cases), Business and Real Estate
(including business formations, transactional matters,
and litigation), Probate (including complex litigation)
and Estate Planning (including complex estate planning
for avoidance of federal estate taxes). Mike is currently
listed with a “BV” attorney rating in Martindale-Hubbell
Law Directory and believes he is an experienced and conscientious
attorney who works hard to provide excellent legal representation
for his clients. His personal interests outside the
office currently include coaching Junior League Baseball,
CYO youth football and basketball, and attending his rose
garden at his home.
