Cassie Gorrell joined Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch as the Office Manager in 2007.  Cassie has nine years of experience in the legal industry as a paralegal and administrator.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Administration with a focus in Legal Science from Western Oregon University. Cassie has worked with attorneys in Family and Employment Law, and Civil Litigation.  Cassie is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and is the past Sponsorship Director for the Oregon Chapter of the ALA.

Trena Grasser has been a legal assistant with Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. since 1999. She has taken paralegal courses at Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington and Clark College in Vancouver. Trena assists with felony criminal, real estate, probate and estate planning, business law and bankruptcy.

Kelsey Kline has been a legal assistant with Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C., since August 2005.  Kelsey attended Central Washington University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Justice.  She has worked in the legal field for five years as a family law paralegal.

Cindy Hutchinson joined our firm in 2006 as a part time legal assistant to Daniel G. Marsh. Cindy works with Dan on estate planning and probate matters. Cindy brings over 10 years of legal office experience to Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. She has attended Lower Columbia College, in Longview, Washington for general studies.

Jill Earnhardt has been a legal assistant with Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. since November, 2007.  Jill has been working in the legal industry for over 15 years.  She relocated from Seattle, where she most recently worked in insurance defense litigation, and prior to that, was a bailiff with King County Superior Court.  Jill assists with personal injury litigation, domestic relations, and employment issues.

Kimberly Deuker joined our firm in 2008 as the receptionist. Kimberly graduated from Everest College in 2007 where she obtained an Associates Degree in Paralegal. She has been working in the legal field for a little over a year.
